What is the Light Blues' Club?
The Light Blues' Club provides opportunities for Masons below Provincial rank to increase both their Masonic knowledge and social enjoyment via the hosting of events, talks and social gatherings.
Who can become a member?
Every Light Blue Freemason within Oxfordshire is automatically a member of the Light Blues' Club along with Lodge Mentors. This means it doesn't matter if you are an Entered Apprentice, Fellowcraft, Master Mason or even a Past Master, as long as you haven't yet attained Provincial rank you are welcome to attend any event or social gathering that you like the look of and interests you.
How much does it cost to be a member?
ZERO!!! Membership to the Light Blues' Club is completely free of charge.
Why attend an event?
All events hosted by the Light Blues' Club are intended to be both interesting and enjoyable. You will get to meet other fellow Light Blues' from across the Province (and beyond) in a relaxed, informal setting. Some events will be focused on the social aspect of Freemasonry while others will provide an opportunity to make a daily advancement in your Masonic knowledge.
How do I find out about any upcoming events?
If you would like to know what events the Light Blues' Club has coming up you can either click on the "Events" tab within this page or ask you're Light Blues' Lodge Representative of what events we have coming up. A list of current Lodge Reps can be found on the "Your Lodge Representatives" tab within this page.
Can I get more involved?
Certainly, many hands make light work! We are always looking for enthusiastic Light Blues' to help out with the planning and organising of events. In addition you could also volunteer to become your Lodges Light Blue Representative. If you would like to get more involved please give Mark Butler or Josh Spencer via the contact information and they will reply as fast as possible.
